Refund policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned or exchanged product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (bank account or wallet) within a specified number of days.

If we find that the returned product has been used, the refund will not be initiated. The product will be reshipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you choose not to accept the reshipped product, you will not be eligible for a refund, and we will not bear any further liability.
